Third floor exterior walkway added to the Seaboard Finance Building to connect to the upper level of the 1968 structure built on its former parking lot. This level formerly connected to the Ala Moana Center's mall level open parking deck, in the background, but no longer does since Ala Moana's multi-floor parking structure was built. Various tenants occupied the retail space of the connecting building: Dodi's Appliances, Wigwam discount department store, China House restaurant, and today's Republik club.
